Corporal De Santis and Justin Timberlake

You all probably have seen the YouTube videos of the military folks asking out celebrities and one of Marine Corporal Kelsey De Santis (an instructor at the MACE) asking Justin Timberlake out.

Normally, I don't favor the celebs too much (although I appreciate Timberlake's humor and talent).  I've seen so much in the media about their date to the Marine Corps Ball that I didn't think to post anything on it - even I have access to some military photos of the event...

And then I came across this one.

Cpl. Kelsey De Santis, a Marine Corps Martial Arts Program instructor for the Martial Arts Center of Excellence, Instructor Battalion, stands at attention, as Justin Timberlake has his hand over his heart while the national anthem is played during the opening ceremonies at the Instructor Battalion Marine Corps Ball Va., on Nov. 12.  Photo by Lance Corporal Emmanuel Ramos.
