Pack your things and bring a sleeping bag....

Not going to parse my words on this one

OK, does anyone else feel like this....

I mean, I know this was meant to symbolize something entirely different, although, the end result is the same.

This is breaking everywhere today (h/t MM).  I looked around and the story is the same all over.

Yemen has set free one of the al-Qaida masterminds of the USS Cole bombing in 2000 that killed 17 American sailors, a senior security official said Thursday.

Jamal al-Badawi, who is wanted by the FBI, was convicted in 2004 of plotting, preparing and helping carry out the USS Cole bombing and received a death sentence that was commuted to 15 years in prison.

He and 22 others, mostly al-Qaida fighters, escaped from prison in 2004. But al-Badawi was granted his freedom after turning himself in 15 days ago and pledging loyalty to Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh, said the official, speaking on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media.

The official said police were told by the government to “stop all previous orders concerning measures adopted against al-Badawi.”

Witnesses told The Associated Press that al-Badawi was receiving well-wishers at his home in the al-Buraika district in Aden.

I have managed, through the wonders of technology, to snap a photo of what should be in the very near future of Mr. Al-Badawi.

Yes, everyone, this is me looking down the sights of my Crazy Horse SDM Rifle.  Turns out that the future telling machine told me that after being released, Al-Badawi went to Afghanistan and while walking patrol there in the mountains around the Shah-e-Kot Valley, I would happen upon him as he was exiting his cave.

Lucky me.....

I truly hope that someone in a dark room somewhere inside the puzzle palace of the CIA is actively working on a plan to kill this guy before the next full moon.

Witnesses in Aden told The Associated Press that al-Badawi was receiving well-wishers at his home in the al-Buraika district Aden.

There, that should be enough to get the Predator team headed in the right direction or get someone at the Delta Force Compound to start their MDMP.

Some of you may be familiar with the concept of "Pax Romana," which is used to describe a period of relative peace within the Roman Empire.  It was a time in which Roman commerce thrived, unhampered by pirates or marauding enemy troops.  The reason for this in that the term also came to be something a Roman citizen carried with him when he traveled throughout the known world at that time.  All a citizen of Rome needed to say to someone who might wish him harm is "Pax Romana."

For it was common knowledge throughout the known world at this time that if you harmed a Roman citizen, the full might of Rome would land squarely upon you.

Well, there are 17 good citizens of "Pax Americana" that Al-Badawi has to atone for.  I can only hope this, well, I can't even find the words here, that he will be pushing up daisies and hanging out with his 72 she-male virgins soon
