24/7/365 & some foreshadowing
no religious sect of the present age demands so much of others, so little of itself

AP is simply shameless

The AP is sniveling because the US has detained a terrorist collaborator who won the Pulitzer Prize for a picture of the assassination of an Iraqi election worker. Bilal Hussein is a collaborator at best and a terror press agent in all honesty. This scumbag is from Fallujah, and somehow he manages to be in place to take the glory shots the terrorists use to further their cause. It couldn't be that he is on the same team could it? Regardless, his actions have given significant aid and comfort to the enemy and that alone gets him a little time out.

During the U.S.-led offensive in Fallujah in November 2004, he stayed on after his family fled. "He had good access. He was able to photograph not only the results of the attacks on Fallujah, he was also able to photograph members of the insurgency on occasion," Lyon said. "That was very difficult to achieve at that time."

No s**t Sherlock, It was hard because the terrorists will kill you if they don't believe you are helping them. Sooooo? Where does that leave our boy Bilal.

The military said Hussein was captured with two insurgents, including Hamid Hamad Motib, an alleged leader of al-Qaida in Iraq. "He has close relationships with persons known to be responsible for kidnappings, smuggling, improvised explosive device (IED) attacks and other attacks on coalition forces," according to a May 7 e-mail from U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Jack Gardner, who oversees all coalition detainees in Iraq.

Captured with terrorist leaders and for all intents and purposes a member of the insurgency and an enemy combatant. Enjoy your halal MREs Bilal.
