Iraqis Stream to the Polls Amid Tight Security
Washington Post, United States
No Injuries Reported in Iraqi Elections
New York Times

Iraqis hope elections will herald new era
Times Online, UK
Turnout high in peaceful Iraqi provincial elections
CNN
Iraqis Vote in Milestone Elections as Conflict Eases
Bloomberg
Iraqi PM hails vote as 'victory'
BBC News, UK

Historic.
