PTSD: An Engineer Suggests a Method

Posted By Grim

Engineer Ron McCabe writes to say that he was inspired by BlackFive to try again with his PTSD, and has found a method that works for him.  I don't have any knowledge of it, but I am glad to pass on what has worked for him.  He recommends this manual:

Download eftmanual.pdf

Here is the FAQ for the method he prefers.

He recommends these two pieces for understanding the spiritual aspects.

Finally, an overall description of the method.

He is a reader, so anyone with questions should leave them in the comments below.  I expect he'll be glad to reach out to anyone who needs help.
