PTSD: An Engineer Suggests a Method
Engineer Ron McCabe writes to say that he was inspired by BlackFive to try again with his PTSD, and has found a method that works for him. I don't have any knowledge of it, but I am glad to pass on what has worked for him. He recommends this manual:
