Making Dead Tangos with Hezbollah

I have a question. Why doesn't Israel strafe the Hezbollah parades where they gather all the bad guys in one area? Like when they released this murderous terrorist and the Hezzies throw him a big welcome home party. well since all the Israelis got back were dead bodies, why not take the bastard out while all his buddies are slapping his back. I think it is even fair under the laws of land warfare. These chumps have declared open hostilities on any Isreali or Jew anywhere, and while they don't obey any laws of warfare they do like to dress up in uniforms and gavreet in a faux military fashion. So when they have these rallies where all the clowns line up and goose step around, why not take them out. God that would be some wicked payback worthy of the Israel Golda Meir ran. You wanna play let's make a deal with our dead soldiers, fine we'll just make yours dead to match. It's not like there is any common ground for Israel to make with Hezbollah, so showing them you will not allow terrorists to dance around in public is a net gain.
