US Open Updates

I am not going to liveblog because I am sick of the word blog. But since my job description is wide enough to include Sports Correspondent, I will kep you poor cubicle-ridden folks informed.

Interesting day so far, we had a 9 am raid on the apartment kitty corner above me with ATF, US Marshals and local PD. As always way too much yelling by way too many people in English to a bunch of guys who don't habla a whole bunch. We noticed them when they moved in and Kev nicknamed them the Mexican Mafia. Lots of carloads of young fellas wearing bandannas constantly stopping by so it wasn't a shocker when the cops showed up.

1110 The match is on and I don't care who wins. I always root for Tigger, but Mediate is just about as nice a guy as you could find, plus he will make Tigger smile and actually look like he is enjoying himself.

1115 After 3 double bogeys on the first Tigger pars, Mediate bogeys.

1126 Scrambling pars for both at the 2nd.

1130 WOW! Mediate just missed an ace by about 2 inches and Tigger buried in the bank of a trap. Rocco birdies, Tigger bogeys. Rocco by 1.

1204 Rocco misses a heartbreaker putt and Tigger's par makes it even again.

1305 Tigger now is up two at the turn

1430 Tigger's putter has slppied and now he is down 1 on the 17th.

I can't do it, the times were to aggravate a few people, but they are killing me to.

1451 18th hole Rocco by 1. Rocco in weeds Tigger in the fairway, it's a par 5. I think Tigger eagles for the win.

1507 No eagle, but of course they tie, so Suddden Death.
