Joint Contracting Command Ethics Video

I was asked to review this video, which is the Joint Contracting Command's proposed ethics video for civilians working in Iraq and Afghanistan. I haven't quite decided what I think about it.  No doubt Bill T from the Castle has been asked the same thing.  See what you think:

I did like it better than the suggested alternative:
