Osprey ride at International SOF Week

What a ride in our newest way to get to work. The Osprey is amazing  and when the pilot hit the gas it stomped you flat to the back and he could jerk up and stop it on a dime. I got the last of three lifts and the pilots were bound and determined one of the media weasels in the back was gonna yak. They almost got their wish with me, but there was no way in the world I was gonna puke in front of Reuters and the NY Times. I had apparently forgotten that I booted almost every time I flew low level for a jump. But I held firm and it was awesome.

Douglas and Steve got the bird and the state right, Laura the Explorer nailed the location but Jake got it dead on and I wonder if he was one of the many SOCOM types I gave a Blackfive "Don't be a Douche card" to yesterday.
