Michael Monsoor's MOH- thoughts from Marcus Luttrell

Posted By Uncle Jimbo

I asked Marcus Lutrell to say a few words about Mike Monsoor now that his well-deserved Medal of Honor has been approved. Mike's sacrifice cannot be surpassed and we are all thankful for men like him, and Marcus reminds that anyone in that room would have done the same.

all I can say is well deserved

Uncle J- This is great. You know I watch them all. You know I love you.

But I have a question.

Who planned out this tour? Do you realize that the tour is not coming to Boston? What's up with that? Didn't you think of me?????

I'm following bostonmaggie's lead on this one.....What's up with no Philly stop?? The birthplace of out Nation! Of course I kid, I'm sure they would have loved to hit a lot more cities.....I'll have to see if I can make the Zoo York or DC appearances

Uncle J. Please pick up a book like Making videos for Dummies or something similar. Marcus and the message were great, but it doesn't do any good if it can't be heard or seen.

As far as the tour goes. The first thing I thought when I saw the schedule was why the hell aren't they going to San Francisco or Berkeley?
Yes, they might meet a more unfriendly reception, but if the purpose of the tour is to educate then you have to talk to the people that don't agree with you. Not everybody in the bay area belongs to Code Pink you know. Some are even (gasp) conservatives of one kind or another.
