Good lord what a self-serving twit Franklin Foer is. After destroying his magazine's rep by failing to note what was obvious to anyone with a clue about the military, he now trots out a War & Peace length apologia for his own prejudices, naivete and incompetence. WOW!

Seriously TNR you have to fire this guy, if he stands as your layer of fact-checking and professionalism you are already done. You gave him the chance to make his case and he shot himself right in both feet. Uh buh bye Frank.

There, he became expert in detecting, avoiding, and surviving L-shaped ambushes, before dropping out to be as entrepreneurial as he could be. He is now the founder of a software startup serving the insurance and construction industries, and splits time between Lake Tahoe, Boonville, and San Francisco, CA.
