US Army and Air Force Redecorate House - Extreme home Makeover Edition

On August 21, 2007, as a part of Operation Marne Husky, US Soldiers from the 3rd Infantry Division command air assault into a part of the Tigris River valley to perform a precision raid.  There, a local Iraqi resident tells the soldiers that there may be insurgent activity at a specific house.  At the house, the troops find a car bomb wired to the house (in anticipation of their visit?). 

The troops move away from the building, an Army Apache is called in to blow up the car bomb, and a USAF A-10 Thunderbolt (Warthog) provides a hellfire missle to destroy the building.

US troops then depart in a Chinook.
