Blackfive Changes
We are still working on implementing some changes.
1. TypeKey registration and authentication for Comments. Since this blog has been about conversation, I have resisted comment registration. After four years and 75,000+ comments, I've decided to make the move. This change will not eliminate trolls but will make them work a little harder. Thanks to trolls and sock-puppets, it will now be more difficult for family members and friends to post messages. Just got an email from a friend of Zach Wobler to post his message in memory of Zach.
Zack,
Thanks for your sacrifice, courage and commitment which bestows much to your character. You’ll always have the jump seat next to me during high speeds. Don't let the air out of Jesus's tires and don't TP Gods trees, see you in time.
SC
So, trolls, you have succeeded in limiting access to this site for people that you are not worth the dirt under their feet.
2. The content look and feel has been slightly updated.
3. The second side bar has been added. There is just too much content to keep on two columns. In fact, we'll be moving some of the blogrolls and info to separate pages linking from the sidebar to clean it up a bit. Resources needed some work.
4. The top navigation bar was added. RSS will be updated. Notice the Mobile link? We've had a surprising number of readers request a Mobile version of Blackfive.
5. We are in process to create Author Archives so you can click to read all of Grim's posts or Jimbo's.
Thanks for your patience. This will be a work in progress for the next few days.
