Group Studies Iraq- Fails to find clue bag

Posted By Uncle Jimbo

I wasn't holding our high hopes for the Baker Commission and they met my expectations, producing a document detailing their keen sense of the obvious as well as the oblivious. I heard a perfect example of the latter today at lunch; I was doing a bit on BBC Radio's Five Live about this report and in the run up they played a quote from the Baker himself where he said

" We need make a major diplomatic effort in the area to ensure that Iran and Syria are engaged actively and constructively with Iraq".

How much more lost in space can you get than that? I mean he supposedly just spent a ton of time, money, and experts to look at Iraq and he failed to notice that Iran and Syria are already actively engaged with Iraq destructively.

Continued failure to identify even the color of the clue bag
