Media helps kill our troops

When CNN aired footage of terrorist "snipers" murdering US troops I was wicked pissed. The reasons this was sorry are legion, but mostly because it elevated gutless killers to a status above vermin. They are not snipers; they hide amongst civilians and cause collateral damage if we return fire. They violate every law of land warfare and CNN gives them a laurel and hearty handshake.

What truly sucks is that CNN actually has hundreds of millions of viewers and they watch and see the glorious snipers of the jihad wasting the infidels and even the infidel TV lionizes them. Allahu Akhbar.

Well who could have seen this coming:

KARMA, IRAQ - In recent months, military officers and enlisted Marines say, the insurgents have been using snipers more frequently and with greater success.....Some snipers also are firing from among civilians, knowing troops are unlikely to fire back.

No Sh**. And I wonder whether the fact that coverage of this novel (not) idea, has fueled the increase in it's use. Back in July we had the NY Times taking glory shots of some chicken s**t who will run back and hide in his mama's skirts after taking a few pot shots at the Americans. Hell why not? The danger is way low as long as you boogie right away and when they come kicking your door in at 3 am you can complain because they shamed your women when they found you back between your mama's legs.

Making heroes out of scum who are murdering US troops was a shameful decision, especially since the only justification was that CNN, NYT AP, and the rest could make some news money. Chalk up a few more flag-draped coffins to the media.
