I wrote this exactly THREE YEARS AGO about immigration.  It's mostly satire, not racism, about having a quota that lets in potential terrorists, and I think the point still strikes home (unfortunately).  You could insert any group in this hypothesis except...

Here is a hypothetical situation: You are the new Director of the INS. Imagine you had a quota - say 100 new immigrants per day to allow into the USA. When allowing people into the country, you have to choose between Mexicans and Arabs/Muslims, and you ask yourself the following questions:

1.  Travel:  When looking up at the sky, upon seeing an airplane, do I worry that some crazy Mexicans have just hijacked it?

2.  Weaponry: When at the hardware store, do I worry about the Mexicans buying box cutters for a use other than cutting boxes?

3.  Quality of Life: Do I like Tequila more than...more than...oh well, do I like Tequila?

4.  Jihad: Most Mexicans are Catholic, right? Has the Pope or any of his minions recently declared Jihad on America? Has Vicente Fox recently declared Jihad? Hhhhm...How about Salma Hayek? Mmmm...Salma.

5.  Salma: Thinking of Salma, would you rather have Salma Hayek enter the country or ...?

Ponder these questions, and I believe you'll see why I am all for Mexicans...let 'em in I say.

Islam must address Islam.  I'm not afraid that some Irish guys are going to cut my head off for being a Christian.  I'm not concerned that a bunch of Chinese people are going to stone a woman to death for committing a perceived sin.  I'm not worried that my Jewish neighbor is going to walk into a Starbucks and detonate a bomb, killing innocent women and children in the process.

Well, I'm not concerned until they convert to Islam.

Islam is the problem.  Islam is the Answer.  We have some ideas of how to make the changes and we need to spend the billions necessary to foment reformation of the Islamic death cult.  Freedom loving governments and people need to step up, political correctness be damned, and do what needs to be done.

And until that happens, we will be at war.
