CIA Part Two - Military Chief of CIA?

If USAF Lieutenant General Mike Hayden, currently assisting the Director of National Intelligence and the former head of the National Security Agency, is appointed as the Director of Central Intelligence, there will be a military chief of every intelligence agency.

With the current turmoil at CIA and their lack of trust of the military, would Hayden be a good choice?
