Grim teaches on the PAO and it's role

In order to speed the removal of mine hindquarters from sight, I will point to some excellent analysis by Grim regarding PAOs , bloggers, Information Operations etc.

It is pertinent, well thought out and would be a useful part of the curriculum for teaching our uniformed story tellers.  Go now and read it.
