Ray Nagin - Commanding General of Stuck on Stupid

I've received a lot of email from Soldiers who want me to bust some chops over this.

Ray Nagin dressed up as a General at Mardi Gras for his Today Show appearance.  Maybe it was to slight LTG Honore (really big mistake) or maybe it was to bolster his image as a take-charge kind of guy (which we all know he ain't).  Either way, it's in bad taste.  Very bad taste.

After all, the Guard did rescue many, many people after he and his governor and FEMA (Louisana's FEMA and FEMA) completely dropped the ball.
