Newt Gingrich Answers Blackfive's Question

Lance at Red State Rant just posted Newt Gingrich's response to my question:

Senator Biden and former President Jimmy Carter are calling for the closure of the Guantanamo Bay holding facility in order to combat the negative propaganda around "Gitmo".

Is it possible to change the perception about American holding facilities for enemy combatants and what would Mr. Speaker suggest be done to combat the negative image of Gitmo?
