Michelle Malkin has an excellent comprehensive round up of the MSM's use of the Koran abuses at Gitmo along with the Pentagon reports.  Essentially, the AP headline is "U.S. Confirms Gitmo Soldier Kicked Quran" - and then goes on to list a five abuses by soldiers (the intentions of some of the soldiers are not confirmed) followed by the fifteen abuses of Koran by the detainees.

So, is it just me or is it that blatantly obvious that the AP wants to shape opinion against America?  I would like to know who chose the headline for the Burns AP article (WashPo and USAToday have similiar headlines). 

There was also a great article at Tech Central yesterday about Amnesty International and our treatment of prisoners.

It'll be interesting to see the reaction in the Muslim world.  I wonder if the AP will get what it wants - a strong reaction to write another story and sell more papers and ad space.
