The Case For Ilario Pantano - Part 4
Marine Sergeant Coburn has been granted immunity from prosecution. For those just tuning in, Coburn is the prosecution's star witness.
Euphoric Reality has a summary of happenings on Saturday (and has been covering the entire hearing period).
And now the Article 32 Hearing is over. The judge has one week to determine if Lieutenant Pantano should under-go a Court Martial for murder (we'll probably hear a decision sooner than that).
I think the key here is that the witnesses hear Pantano yell "Stop!" in both Arabic and English before hearing shots fired. And then there's the credibility issue of Coburn. Below are other posts relating to Lieutenant Ilario Pantano:
