Tony Blair to Receive the Medal of Honor?

I seriously doubt it. Brian J Noggle has the story, including why Blair wouldn't be eligible.

French media not understanding the rules for a medal for valor in combat? Really?!

Perhaps it is the Presidential Medal of Freedom that PM Blair is to recieve...
