IMAO Blogiversary!!!

Today, July 9th, 2004, IMAO hits Blogiversary Number Two, Dos, Zwei, Deux, Dois, Twee, Два, etc.!!!!!!

My favorite all-time Frank J. post is Know Thy Enemy: Hamas and here's some of his great work:

* You know, Hamas could just plant bombs without blowing themselves up... or at least that's what I'd do if I were a subhuman, murderous Jew-hater.

* Hamas won't rest until the Jews are pushed out into the sea. That will significantly improve the GDP of the sea.

* If you make a Mexican laugh, and he wants an encore, he'd say, "Ha! Mas!"

The genius that is Frank J. started IMAO two years ago in some random garage in Florida. It was random because the garage belonged to some family that left town on vacation and Frank needed a place to crash - to hide from the authorities and Michael Moore.

He was out of work, his dog left him, and he had a significant problem with alcohol and Flintstones' Chewables. Frank pulled himself up by his bootstraps and started to write about the voices that he heard in his head...no one ever thought that it would turn out to be the most hilarious stuff on the internet.

I'll never forget the day that Mr. Green sent me an email with a link in it and wrote "Dude! You have to check this out! Funny stuff- IMAO."

But the link went here and I thought that Mr. Green was off his meds again because while mildly amusing (like watching a mime get hit by a taxi), it was mostly self-pitying drivel.

Finally, I got pointed in the right direction and life got better funnier. Frank has tried a lot of stuff to get rich and famous...so far, none of it's worked unless you count hits and trackbacks, in which case the MF is loaded!

Frank was the first to link to Blackfive and that's why his blog is first on my blogroll.

Through Frank J. and the Alliance of Free Blogs, I "met" a lot of bloggers. Good times, good times.

You know, now that I think about it, my all-time favorite Frank J. post isn't really Know Thy Enemy: Hamas. My favorite is from Talk Like A Pirate Day - Know Thy Enemy: Pirates; but it's because of commenters like the lovely Jennifer and her First Mate Pete tearing up the good ship IMAO. Read the comments. There's about 100 or so pirate comments before it degenerates into another 100 comments of spam (you'll be, like, "Did I warp to pre-Wind-Rider Bloviating Inanities when Bill didn't pay his ISP bills?").

So, does that post really count?
