The Waffle-King Welcomed By The Machine

*Reminiscent of Poltergeist*

Heee's Heeere.

Chicago Tribune: Kerry hits Chicago John Kerry, with only phantom rivals and pushovers left in the Democratic race, easily won four Southern primaries Tuesday to bring him within striking distance of the presidential nomination.

Kerry swept Florida, Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana on a night when the names of old foes remained on ballots printed when there still was a real competition. He was winning about 75 percent of the votes in Florida and Mississippi and more than 60 percent in the two other states, with the field pretty much to himself.

Well, at least the Tribune has got it more accurate than CNN who's article on the Southern elections stated Kerry Sweeps 4 Southern States. I mean, he's uncontested, wouldn't he be a complet screw-up NOT to sweep the states? Oh, there was Vermont.
