Lybia signs agreement to allow Nuke inspections at any time without notice. Via Reuters:

<...> Saturday, Libya dispatched a shipload to the United States containing all the equipment believed to remain from its nuclear weapons program, along with longer-range missiles and launchers.
Hhhmmm, this is quagmire, a foreign affairs failure, a Wolfowitz disaster!
