Friday Foray
First, Banagor has another installment in the Hunting Hippies series. Again, if you are a hippie, you should take this very, very seriously and send him tons of hatemail...oh, and make sure your return address is correct.
John Hawkins discusses a recent quote from Jame Taranto and discusses the need for the Dems to move more to the right for our own sakes. I whole-heartedly agree with him. I also would add that THAT is why I feel Lieberman could put up a good fight against Bush in the areas where Bush is strongest. Too bad no one is paying attention to him. Must be because he's a Jooooo!
Susie takes down Sick of Bush and wonders where the evidence of all of Bush's lies have gone? I wonder the same thing. When someone can back up a Bush lied with some evidence in the main stream media (people, Al Franken is not the media), I might listen.
John Donovan at Argghhh! has some suggestions for Bruce Willis...they are good ones for us all (even if you only have $5). You know, whenever I type John's blog name, I always count in my head one A, one R, two G's, three H's. Been doing that for months now. Maybe I need meds.
Sometimes, I think Paul at Sanity's Edge is channeling my life - this one is straight from my family, complete with scotch.
Kevin at Wizbang! doesn't hold back about Michael Jackson. I think he's right about this. I also condemn the parents for taking the money (I know, I know, they had a lot of things to consider before leaving the country). But, they let this kind of crap go on with other kids.
Along the same vein (Jackson), Juliette at Baldilocks has a post where she exhibits her skillz of Shrinkery (I'm channeling GW, Will Farrel and Snoop Dog).
The beautiful Jennifer has Donnie's interview posted. Go see what makes the most popular Hillbilly in the 'sphere tick.
Michael the Discount Blogger has a post about a Soldier's display of the Holiday Spirit. That's the way to take care of each other...
Greyhawk at the Mudville Gazette also has a touching story about a wounded soldier and his children.
